Introduction.
Somerset Apartments are in a mid row of Victorian terrace houses, 50 yards from the promenade. We are situated half way between the Tower and the Pleasure Beach, shops, cafés and launderette are all near by.
There is a bus stop and tram stop at the street with regular services.
Apartments.
Apartment 1a is on the ground floor it has a large bedroom with two double beds, en-suite shower, toilet and hand basin, there is also a sitting room with double bed settee.
This apartment is suitable for walking disabled persons as it is a large apartment, There are two steps to negotiate at the entrance to the building, once inside, the hallway and apartment are on the level, a collapsible wheelchair can be accommodated. Sleeps 2 to 5 persons.

All the apartments are furnished to a very high standard, all are en-suite, centrally heated, hot water is included, all equipment is provided, we also provide all bed linen, the apartments are separately metered.
All the apartments have there own front doors.
Disability Statement.
Somerset Apartments are not Ideal for wheelchair bound disabled people on their own
Arrival & Car Parking.
There is a single yellow line outside the property which gives time to unload, there is street parking on the opposite side of the road when available, there is also an open air car park approximately 250 yards from us.

Additional Information.
All apartments have an evacuation procedure, the rules are clearly marked, smoke alarms and heat detectors are fitted to all apartments, emergency lighting, fire doors, safety locks on all apartment doors are fitted to ensure our visitors safety. Mobile phone signals are good in all apartments, all televisions have digital free view boxes with remote control each apartment also has a DVD player. Wi-Fi is available on request.
Signage requesting guests to consider others regarding noise and behaviour are in each room browser, the proprietors have the right to enforce this rule.
Somerset Apartments.
We can accommodate families, couples and senior citizens only, guests have a front door key and an apartment key.
In the interest of hygiene we are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
Public Areas.
Emergency lighting is active 24 hours a day, a payphone is located in the hallway together with a limited amount of tourist information, a room browser is provided in each apartment this contains all relevant information.
On Arrival.
Guests will be welcomed by the owner, a familiarisation tour of their apartment will be conducted.
Laundry & Shopping.
A Launderette is 200 meters from Somerset Apartments, a convenience shop is 100 meters away open 8am to 10pm.
